Data Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their ASINPilot account data and connected Amazon data.

How to Request Deletion

Email amazon@samzhe.in with your registered account email and write “Data Deletion Request” in the subject.

What We Delete

Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize user profile data, stored SP-API tokens, BYOK AI keys, saved listing data and related records unless retention is legally or operationally required.

Timeline

Deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 30 business days after verification.

Amazon Access Revocation

Users may also revoke ASINPilot access from their Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central authorization settings.
