ASINPilot is operated by Samzhe International Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when users access our Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central listing intelligence platform.
We may collect account information such as name, email, phone, company name, plan, payment reference, login details, Amazon SP-API authorization tokens, listing data, ASIN data, SKU data, catalog attributes, patch history and AI-generated suggestions.
Amazon data is used only to provide listing audit, catalog intelligence, backend keyword optimization, bullet cleanup, HSN correction, number_of_items checks, patch workflows and related reporting to the authorized user. We do not sell Amazon data or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
If users add their own Gemini API key, it is stored in encrypted form and used for their AI requests where supported. Platform AI keys may be used if the user has not configured BYOK.
We apply reasonable technical controls including access restrictions, encrypted key storage where supported, session-based authentication and administrative approval workflows.
